SHIPPING POLICY

At Lux A’Lor Hair Co. we’re committed to delivering luxury with care. Please review the following details before placing your order to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Order Changes & Cancellations

because our extensions are custom-prepared with intention, orders may not be changed, modified, or canceled after 48 hours of purchase.

Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment:

    •    Standard Processing: 3–7 business days

    •    Peak Season or Sale Periods: 7–14 business days

Each order is handcrafted with precision — thank you for your patience as we prepare your pieces with care.

Shipping Time

    •    Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days afterprocessing

    •    Express Shipping: 1–2 business days afterprocessing

Please Note: Express shipping refers to the speed of delivery once your order has been processed — it does not mean your order will ship immediately.

If you have an upcoming event or need your hair by a specific date, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Business Hours & Fulfillment

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (EST).

Orders placed after 6 PM on Fridays or during weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once processing has begun, we’re unable to make changes. Lux A’Lor Hair Co. is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate addresses or shipping carriers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Returns or Exchanges!

All sales are final!

 

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. The only exception is when an incorrect item is received. In such cases.
